Too Much Soy?

My family and I have been eating at this Veggie Restaurant for about 2 months now. The food has been not only delicious but creative. They've created a menu with everything from veggie lamb, veggie chicken, and more. They even have veggie sushi rolls (exampl: veggie eel) ! What I noticed is that their dishes are comprised of mainly soy with a few veggies on the side. This was disappointing because I actually love veggies. Isn’t one of the benefits of becoming a vegan is to enjoy the many benefits of veggies? With all of the studies regarding high estrogen and soy do you think that it’s good to have that much as a vegan or vegetarian? What are your thoughts?
